Remove all obstructions from exterior of proposed foundation wall repair.
On exterior of foundation wall, dig down to depth of existing damaged sill plate and rebuild foundation walls in sections with pressure treated timber, s-type masonry and cement board. Repeat rebuild process throughout proposed repair areas. Once complete, parge freshly rebuilt areas of foundation walls with s-type masonry and let cure.
Once cured, fasten miradrain fabric drainage board to grade with termination straps and concrete anchors.
Backfill and tamp dirt.
