Remove all debris and obstructions in way of repair areas. Lay down tarps and dig down to footing by hand in specified repair areas.
Torch foundation wall until dry and repair all cracks and masonry voids in foundation wall below grade. Once cured, apply AB-720-38 rubberized membrane to repair area. Add a layer of mastic mesh, a layer of 12m plastic and fasten drainage board to grade with termination straps and concrete anchors.
Replace weeping tile system within repair areas and cover with 6″ of 3/4″ clear gravel. Backfill and power tamp dirt.
