Remove all debris and obstructions in way of repair areas. Lay down tarps and dig down to footing by hand in specified repair areas, shoring in as needed.
Clean stone walls and rebuild decayed areas with parging and underpinning installations. Once cured, apply AB-720-38 rubberized membrane to repair area. Add a layer of mastic mesh, a layer of 12m plastic and fasten drainage board to grade with termination straps and concrete anchors.
Install weeping tile system within repair areas, and cover with 6″ of 3/4″ clear gravel. Install fresh vertical drains in window wells and fasten new window wells to foundation walls. Cover new drains in window wells with 3/4″ clear gravel and level. Backfill and power tamp dirt.
