Break open concrete floor and expose footing in proposed carbon fiber reinforcement installation areas. Remove all debris from concrete foundation wall and clean thoroughly. Drill 1″ hole in concrete footing and clean debris from hole. Generously cover concrete wall with resin and install carbon fiber strips directly to foundation wall. Run carbon fiber overtop of exposed footing and curl base of strip into footing. Fill 1″ hole with resin and coat entire front side of carbon fiber generously with resin.
Remove all loose obstructions in way of repair areas. Break concrete 18″ back from foundation walls around the complete perimeter of repair area. Dig down to footings and remove debris. Drill 1/2″ holes in cavities of blockwork and fasten drainage board to foundation wall using concrete anchors. Install a fresh 4″ perforated weeping tile system with filter cloth. Connect fresh weeping tile system into existing drain works. Cover weeping tile with 3/4″ gravel and reinstall concrete floor.
