Generously cover repair areas with resin and install carbon fiber strips directly to foundation walls. Run carbon fiber overtop of exposed concrete footings and coat entire front side of carbon fiber generously with resin.
Reinstall complete concrete floor. Remove and dump all debris. All labour and materials included.
