Remove all debris from underside of rear deck and dispose.
Shore up existing structure with telescopic shoring and secure all vertical loads. Once secure, remove existing brick columns and dispose. Excavate by hand two new 12″ x 48″ sonotube installations below existing structure.
Install sonotubes flush with main support beam. Secure main support beam to fresh sonotube installations with a steel saddle and install appropriate mounting hardware.
Once prepared, fill sonotubes with concrete and let cure. Once fresh concrete sonotubes are cured, remove telescopic shoring below deck and rest structure onto fresh sonotube supports.
Remove and dump all debris.
