Excavate exterior walls by hand and install telescopic shoring to interior of joist work. Once structure is secured, excavate by hand to frost depth and remove existing foundation walls within repair area. Repair any damaged wooden joistwork with fresh sistered timber and pour fresh concrete footing at frost depth to a dimension 20” x 8“.
Once footing is cured, rebuild foundation walls with 10” block from base of footing to underside of existing joistwork. Once complete, parge fresh foundation walls and let cure. Once cured, prime foundation wall and apply ruberized membrane waterproofing.
Fasten drainage board from grade to footing. Replace weeping tile system within repair areas and cover with 6″ of 3/4″ clear gravel. Backfill and power tamp dirt.
